Brochure design for Romero– A condominium based in Cartagena, Colombia where visitors can dive into a traditional experience full of folklore, luxury and relaxation. The design of the brochure showcases amenties, about, location and nearby activies. Making it the perfect information medium for possible visitors and buyers.

The logo process was based on indigenous Colombian patterns combined with a minimalistic and clean typeface that captures a sense of luxury. The colour choices represent Colombian ceramic artisans while conveying the luxurious architecture of the condominium. The main objective for the creative concept was to represent the beauty of Cartagena, a city in which tourists get to learn about Colombia’s history, it’s traditions and art while enjoying in comfort.
